1. Plan and execute both manual and automated testing according to standards and guidelines. 2. Analyze requirements and develop test cases to facilitate testing. Update existing manual and automated test cases. 3. Identify and recommend improvements to quality review processes, business products and services, particularly those that enhance customer satisfaction, minimize business risk, and maximize efficiency. 4. Document and track defects through identification, resolution and re-testing. 5. Maintain review procedures and documentation for both manual and automated tests. 6. Communicate with other departments to gather requirements, obtain status of key elements for review processes and report findings / gaps requiring attention. 7.
