What are the most challenging aspects of your job at QuadraMed MPI Solution Division?

Matching the duplicate files to determine if it was an individual, twins, or parent & child medical record using Meditech. It tested my accuracy, q & a, and attention to detail which I enjoyed.

How would you describe what you did at QuadraMed MPI Solution Division?

perform computer merge functions during MPI Clean-Up projects to merge duplicate person or patient entries in the client's database. The position requires critical thinking skills to determine the existence of matching entries in addition to skillful data entry.

What's the secret to getting hired at QuadraMed MPI Solution Division?

Previous data entry experience is preferred.
Previous experience in medical insurance billing, admitting, and physician office experience is helpful.
Work experience in a medical office environment.
Health Information Management experience is desirable, but not required.

Data entry
clerks work at a computer terminal for the majority of their shift. They must be able sit for lengthy periods of time. Vision must be adequate to view both the computer monitor and small-print documents. Workspace varies significantly from site to site.... read more
