What's the secret to getting hired at Qualifind?

#1 - Have a natural interest in helping people further their careers and professional development coupled with an ability to read and understand people and their motivations. You will also need to have the drive required to earn a $250K plus income and the time management skills to balance that with your personal life. We do encourage a healthy personal life!

#2 - Possess an exceptional track record of success from within one of the industries that we recruit for (HR, Industrial Sales, Supply Chain/Logistics, Manufacturing/Engineering, and Finance/Accounting).

#3 - We live and breathe diversity and at present we have staff fluency in English, Spanish, German, French and Japanese. If you speak English plus an additional language, that's an added plus.

#4 - Be ready to make a career change away from your practiced profession while at the same time leveraging that experience to get greater control over how much money you make and the ability to have more control over your work/life balance and get great satisfaction from helping people achieve their professional goals.

How would you describe what you did at Qualifind?

I founded the firm as a solo practicioner and a year later added a partner from Mexico - Fernando Espinosa.

Fernando and I have built the firm to 18 employees and $2.4M in annual revenue with plans to reach $10M in the next 36 months.

We purchased 8K sq. ft. of office space in the San
Diego suburb of Eastlake in 2006 and recently added the world class applicant tracking system - Bullhorn to our toolbox.

We have our firm divided into discipline-centric divisions to include Manufacturing & Engineering, Industrial Sales, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Finance & Accounting (this one's almost exclusively Mexico-related).
