How would you describe what you did at Qwest Wireless?

I would say that I assisted in the day to day operations of the store. Whether it was implementing a design from a planogram to opening and closing the store and the registers. A typical day in my job was selling DirecTV, Verizon and Sprint Cellular services, high speed internet, and home phone services. What's the secret to getting hired at Qwest Wireless?

The secret is have a willingness to provide the customer a promise of value, which by the way is one of their core values. If you have excellent customer service skills and a desire to produce good numbers when it comes to sales, you will do well here. You must be willing to work long days. The hours are mall hours, but it is a very good company to work for. And the benefits are superb. I happen to work in a retail store but there are many other positions available to pick from. They have installers, tech support positions and you can move up the corporate ladder since they like to promote from within. Good luck and don't give up.... read more
