I lead the sales team in the sales office, approving deals, establishing retail sales prices, determine trade in values, appraise used vehicles and equipment for purchase or consignment for retail sales, Manage our web page, All internet sales and marketing, Attend trade shows to promote my company, Contact manufacture refferal and distribute to team members, Keep profit/lose details for every sales transaction, Compile monthly commission reports, train and advise all company employees on product updates, application requirements, local,state & federal law requirements and industry requirements, Dabble in the IT department as needed, Toosome things up I insure day to day operations run as smooth as they can to insure prompt customer service and keep the high expectation level up our customers have come to expect over 32 years, I were many hats to insure the owner and gm do not have to get tied up with task that keep them from running the behind the sence aspects of our complex industry. (Jake of all trades and master of none) Most days I find myself doing more duties than before. I also sale full time and produced the highest numbers in the company with 1.5 million of our 3.5 million total gross sale in 2006....
