Experiences at RESPOND

All staff are highly encouraged to take advantage of their lunch break. As we are a small organization, staff may not have the same lunch periods, though they are highly encouraged to do so. We are located in an area which offers diverse cuisine.

Advocates may dress casual; management allows some flexibility in dress, but does require more professional dress for certain occasions.

Though a very small company, RESPOND does encourage promotion from within. Former volunteers have been promoted through to senior management levels.

Usually there are two rounds of interviews, the second being for extremely strong candidates for the position.
