What are the lunches like at RESPOND?All staff are highly encouraged to take advantage of their lunch break. As we are a small organization, staff may not have the same lunch periods, though they are highly encouraged to do so. We are located in an area which offers diverse cuisine.

What do people wear to work at RESPOND?Advocates may dress casual; management allows some flexibility in dress, but does require more professional dress for certain occasions.

What are the opportunities for advancement at RESPOND?Though a very small company, RESPOND does encourage promotion from within. Former volunteers have been promoted through to senior management levels.

What's the interview process like at RESPOND?Usually there are two rounds of interviews, the second being for extremely strong candidates for the position.
