Experiences at Radford University

Sports information assistants (Intramural Sports Supervisor) provide support in three areas:
(1) game operations,
(2) promotions, and
(3) office administration.

Game operations duties include scorekeeping or scoreboard operation, public address announcing, management of field/court conditions, supervision of students/faculty during events, and distribution of postgame results to print.

Promotions responsibilities include distributing/design of posters/flyers, schedules for/to other employees, and as well as overseeing the operation of contests and promotions of intramural activities and club sports.

Office administrative functions include filling media/promotional requests, word processing, financial responsibilities as to manage the money to participate/formulate an intramural team, and historical research....
