Every day is different. Nothing is typical. When someone is buying or selling a home it is because there is some major life change going on.... marriage, divorce, births, deaths, job changes, relocations, the list goes on and on. The competition is incredibly stiff, so you really have to differentiate yourself among the crowd. The way that I do that is, first, to really listen. Once I determine what my clients' needs and goals are then I implement a plan to make them happen and I make myself available to answer all their questions and make sure their liability is limited every step of the way. For sellers, it is my job to get the highest price possible. For buyers, of course, the lowest price in the best neighborhood with the most upside potential. So, you can see if an agent wants to represent the buyer and the seller, they really only care about their commission check. It pays to have someone who is really on your side....
