Experiences at Red Bull

it used to be that RB was looking for entrepreneurial out of the box thinkers... ad agency experience was actually a black eye... beverage sales and marketing experience definitely was NOT something RB was looking for... They were looking for non-conformists with a passion for doing new (aka - sometimes risky) things that would surprise people.. show them that RB as a brand was someone different....now that the company and brand is more mature... it feels like the cookie cutter is shaped like many other top brands... looking for experienced marketers (aka boring bs brand builders) with little energy or balls to take risks..... but hey.. there are still some great people at RB doing some super cool things........
