What's the secret to getting hired at Red Lobster Restaurant?

Im a very hard working person, i have tried to do something else but the company wont let me go so i just want to do something else in the morning time and see what else is out there that im good at.

People always tell me that i'll be good at whatever i do and I have come to believe it, i
think there is no better pay than look back at the job you have accomplished and be proud of what you have done.

Nothing is to too har to do and nothing is impossible to loarn.

Been a step ahead of your boss is always a good thing specially when it comes to a very important idea for the better place to work and setting other people for success, teaching others your skills as well as been interested on how to loarn to do a new job.

I think the main thought for been a better employee is work hard and do the right thing.
