Duties and responsibilities * Manage the Customer Service Representatives on a daily basis. Ensuring that each employee: * Conducts themselves in a professional manner at all times whether a customer is in the store or not. * Maintains a proper attendance record. * Maintains good staff relations. * Handles point of sales transactions effectively and accurately. * Logs each and every form that is required with respect to stock, hours work and phone calls. * Analyze stock levels at all time, ordering of stocks and observe market trend. * Advise Customer Service Representatives on ways to improve themselves. * Plan and prepare work schedules and assign employees to specific duties. * Ensure all report, such as purchases, inventory and sales, are accurate and timely. * Monitor and maintain proper store cleanliness, appearance and maintenance as per company guidelines. * Assist with Human Resource issues such as hiring, discipline and termination....
