What's the funniest thing that ever happened to you at
Redcats USA?
I'm basically the funny one at Redcats USA. I've made friends with the "toughest nuts to crack" there. One woman in particular is someone a lot of people dread working with. She's extremely tough, but she knows her stuff. I'm from the south, so I've got her to the point where I can call her "sweet baby" and she calls me "precious". People are amazed that I can handle her the way I do. She's also become a great friend. I'm a bit of a practical joker....

What's the best team you worked with at
Redcats USA?
Definitely the e-commerce marketing team. I have learned a wealth of information. They loved my ability to see the "whole picture" of a project - and to make suggestions about how to go about getting a project done. They are a great and very smart bunch with which to work.

What advice would you give to a new employee at
Redcats USA?
I would tell a new employee to learn to roll with the punches. Redcats USA expects new employees to hit the ground running. While they're very patient with newcomers, they expect excellence in a relatively short period. That may seem contradictory but it's the way the company operates. I would also tell them to simply be themselves. It's also a business that allows individuality. A bit of a melting pot. I would also tell them to try and always have a positive attitude. It's a good company to work for, but there are bad days and great days....
