I volunteered at ReWA (hhtp://www.rewa.org) for a year as a Family English Tutor. It was a fantastic experience, and the thing I miss most is the immediate gratification of teaching people English skills that they need for their daily lives. I had many experiences where the things I helped teach were immediately applicable to women and their children getting medical care, buying food, and getting jobs. It was very rewarding....
