How would you describe what you did at Regency Associates?

A broad range of duties and responsibilities. I coordinated the development of 400 acres of mixed-use acreage, from negotiating zoning issues, obtaining waivers and incentives from local government, working with engineering and construction to achieve maximum land usage.

I developed the
company's first comprehensive risk management plan and guidebook, for every thing from shopping malls, to strip malls, to office buildings, to apartment complexes for a three state area. Managed the process and updating, as well as negotiating with insurance carriers to achieve effective risk shifting.

Developed a new internal business for working with third-parties that achieved profitability in 14 months.

Initially, being in the right place at the right time with a very broad skillset and being willing to take an enormous cut in pay in order to relocate for family reasons.
