How would you describe what you did at Remedy Staffing?

Develop and implement recruiting plan. Conduct in person/phone interview of candidates and determine to hire. Conduct reference calls on each eligible candidate. Process background checks, TB and drug screens per client contract requirements. Respond to concerns regarding work place safety, defective equipment, etc. Ensure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating practices (I-9 compliance, W-4, reference checks and SOX audit compliance). Managed all phases of temporary workforce (payroll, attendance, productivity, employee relations and benefits). Create job descriptions and post job openings with all recruiting contacts and marketing media. Attend job fairs, identify and recruit qualified candidates. Identify "Most Placeable Candidates" and market daily to client and prospects until placed. Monitor individual client expectations and implement appropriate service levels to meet and exceed client needs.... read more
