REUTERS - best known as the world's largest international multimedia news agency, over 90% of revenue derives from financial services - providing content, analytics, trading and messaging capabilities required by financial professionals in equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, money, commodities and energy markets around the world.
Clients: US & Global corporations subscribing to trading services - current and historical stock, bond, commodity trading prices, financial news and proprietary trading systems.
Led investigations into client accounts, sensitive negotiations, settled disputes, recovered monies owed while preserving business relationships.
* Reviewed client 10-Ks, news items, etc. identify trends, health and payment risks. * Initiated and led efforts to eliminate resource intensive processes, automate access to financial data to reconstruct evidence from legacy computer systems. * 33% reduction in outstanding A/R led to promotion.
