What's a typical day like at Revolution Health Group?

It's hard to say that there is such a thing as a "typical" day at RHG, as we're a pretty atypical kind of company. What's the interview process like at Revolution Health Group?

Revolution moves quickly. If we see a resume of someone we'd like to speak with, the recruiting team will call and introduce ourselves, tell them about Revolution, learn about what they do, and then we set up a personal interview, which will normally last an hour or two. Generally we'll have feedback by the time you're home from your interview--we don't waste time.... read more

1) Our employees are some of the best and brightest minds in business, technology, and healthcare; and working here means that you're always learning something new and exciting, no matter how much you already know.
2) We're not your average start-up - backed by some pretty influential people,
there is a level of job stability that is unparalleled to most "start-up" companies.
3) Challenging but casual work environment. Here you work hard, play hard (we're known for going out and taking over a bar after work on Fridays), and enjoy life (fresh fruit stocked every monday, create your own hours--within reason--and dress casually).

What's unique about working at Revolution Health Group?

Though there are other companies in our space, none of them have undertaken a similar all-encompassing approach to providing consumers with all the tools and information necessary to make the best decisions for their own healthcare. We are one of the first companies to create an online social-networking community where patients can open up and talk about healthcare issues. For example, if someone is diagnosed with diabetes, he/she can use Revolution Health to communicate with other diabetics on how they coped when diagnosed, and how to live with such an ailment in the future--that type of first-hand information can be very helpful because while a doctor's recommendation is certainly valid, such knowledge is learned academically; therefore by enabling patients to have the ability to communicate with someone who has dealt with an ailment first-hand, we are adding value and knowledge that no other company currently offers.
