How would you describe what you did at Reynolds & Reynolds?

Install and train the "ERA" and "RGSS" DMS software. Team lead who organized the installation team ranging at times between 10-20 individuals. Provide follow-up and feed back to our customers to maintain strong relationships. Create sales leads when the opportunity arises.
