What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Ricoh Professional Services?

Creating new intiatives to bring more business to our business unit. Are production numbers were declining and I needed to figure out how to turn that around. I started by contacting some of my customers to get a better unstanding of what we can do to further provide customer service. Once I contacted the majority of my clients, I made a list of the suggestions and prioritized them to which ones were similar and that can be attained in the short term.
