* Motivated and managed staff of 10 employees and provided day-to-day supervision and leadership to staff
* Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training of new employee's in addition to ongoing development of existing employees.
* Create and maintain a productive sales culture; and
facilitated cross-sell activities for all divisions.
* Review monthly sales activities for all direct reports and formalize business directives to increase gross margin.
