I creatively develop and implement ways in which to source both active and passively looking candidates to meet with our lead recruiters about potential opportunities that Robert Half has in the IT field. I utilize job expos and fairs to speak with candidates/students about Robert Half to proactively get the word out about RHI and ways in which we may be a resource for them when they graduate....

I started from the ground up working as the receptionist, than as sales support, and now as a sourcer for RHT - I hope to one day move to Recruiter but ultimately you have to be sharp and quick, outgoing and personable, and have ADD! ;-)
