* Prepare and distribute all outreach program applications and mailings (including
web-based applications.)

* Manage database: design applications as needed and maintain database for all
program evaluation systems.

* Prepare and manage a weekly and daily scheduling systems using Excel for
hundreds of student, counselor, and professor for all outreach programs.
Responsible to make a quick and accurate adjustment to all schedules on the fly.

* Create and disseminate program summary reports.

* Office management: maintain department budget and expedite all department
expense forms; process all checks and maintain financial information on
database; generate financial reports; order supplies; maintain storage inventory;
arrange program logistic setups; generate and merge emails/letters to program
faculty and staff, process Fed-Ex shipping and paperwork.

* Train, direct, and supervise student employees/graduate assistants as well as
keep track of their hours and approving time sheets.

* All other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

I managed student equipment rentals as well as helped maintain equipment quality. Equipment ranged from HD and film cameras to HMI lighting kits to microphones and tripods.

I received my BS in Packaging Science after transferring from the Mechanical Engineering program because I felt Packaging Science to be a better fit. I also learned American Sign language and played with the RIT paintball team.
