Education Support Representative (January 2005 - present) Assist the Education Department with ensuring customer satisfaction remains high. Quickly and successfully mastered the role of supporting customers and Education Account Managers in the sales process. Responsibilities include selling (on-site classes, e-learning products, and preferred cards), building relationships with customers, creating training plans, and managing order process. My strengths include a solid history of building trusting relationships with customers and superb capability to manage complex projects.
Instructor (June 1996 - December 2004) A self-starter whose skills were successfully honed while teaching over twenty different courses to over four thousand customers that included consultants, sales representatives, and project managers. Customers were taught in traditional classroom and e-learning environments.
Created content for project team and end-user training material for both instructor led courses and e-learning courses. Involved with assignments that required me to either work independently or work within project teams. Used software such as InterWise, iTutor, InfoPak Simulator, and Epic Editor....
