How would you describe what you did at SIUC?

Learned how to use UNIX & LINUX. Improved interpersonal skills especially when it came to dealing with electrical/computer engineering graduate and PhD international students who do not have a good command of the English language or a PC, or Windows, or Unix. Answered questions like "(person watching videos asks:) why is the internet slow? the computer is slow, can you make it faster?", and other similar troubleshooting stuff.... read more
