Order, organize, track and inventory all short course textbooks,Maintain catalog and filing of in-house course note masters archive, Handle all phases of course evaluation using Scantron forms and equipment, coordinate course materials with instructors via e-mail, phone, and fax, Track status of course materials (by meeting and individual courses) using Excel spreadsheets, Coordinate with copy companies to ensure time-sensitive course note reproduction and delivery,Prepare on-site course materials including documentation necessary to set up and hand out materials on-site at meetings, Prepare evaluation summaries and mail evaluations to instructors
Communicate with education and events departments verbally and via shared spreadsheet instructor audio-visual requests for on-site courses
