How would you describe what you did at SRA International?

I assisted users with registration
reset passwords and accounts. I also assisted users with getting certificates and navigating the system. I entered user information into system and kept daily logs and responded to emails and phone calls.
I delivered monthly reports to the client.

Recruiting lead for the C4ISR business unit. Mentored junior recruiters, reported on metrics. Helped decrease time to fill from 61 days to 26 days. Expert on high level security clearances. Responsible for nearly all requisitions that require TS/SCI with Lifestyle Polygraph for USG customer.
