For any kind of call center, you need to be confident and have a strong voice, not overpowering. You need to be kind but firm while speaking with the interviewer so they know how you hold your self and how you will hold your self while speaking to a customer who can't see you.

Answering phone calls regarding student loans. Assisting customers make payments, postpone, lower and increase their monthly payment amount. Answering any questions regarding their loans.

Responsible for resolving federally insured student loans in which a default claim was filed with the guarantor, but denied due to a loan servicing error

Consistently achieved a monthly target of over $150,000 in defaulted loans resolved

Successfully convinced borrower's to remove the
default by making one full monthly payment, or sign a new note called a fresh start agreement

Extensive skip tracing experience using top of the line systems including Lexis Nexis, Insight Collect, Fast Data, and First Pursuit

Experience interpreting a borrower's credit report

Trained personnel in collections, cures, and skip tracing tactics
