The tricky part, is getting 'in the door.' Get in anyway you can, then post out for the job you really want once you are eligible. The quickest/easiest way to get in, is through a temporary agency, such as Kelly Services.

I was tasked with mentoring and developing exempt and non-exempt staff to reach their potential. I would give presentations I developed to meet the call center environment needs. I was responsible for implementing new processes and procedures as well as develop the appropriate training materials to train the call center professionals at a moments notice.
