For a number of years, responsible for all training functions. Needs analysis, curriculum development, course design, course delivery, budget, vendor managment, HRIS, etc. Much of the job over the years was heavily Organizational Development focused. Responsible for co-chairing and facilitating annual strategic planning meeting. Designed and facilitated several department interventions. Provided performance coaching to engineers and supervisors. Developed and managed all Leadership Development programs. Interviewed and recruited engineers, technicians and production operators. Supervised new college grad engineers during 16 week training program. Managed several difficult employee relations issues.
