How would you describe what you did at Samsung Telecommunications?

* Spearheaded strategic marketing plans and implementation in conjunction with sales team for STA's launch into the Canadian marketplace. Included launch kits, collateral, trade shows, training, and account management of the Bell Mobility account.
* Created and managed Samsung customer loyalty
programs. Worked with other Samsung divisions and external vendors to create loyalty programs across all Samsung America's companies to include a cross-divisional Holiday Mailer. Began laying groundwork for STA Thank You program to consumers.
* Directed accessory marketing. Created in box and in store brochures and collateral. Managed accessory vendor who direct sold to consumers on behalf of STA.
* Created and managed toll-free and Internet Dealer Locator program in support of mass media campaign. Continued support of program included daily issue management and outbound telemarketing campaign.
* Assisted Sprint PCS Marketing Manager on special projects in support of Sprint PCS special promotions.
