Arbitrating for my job because I was unfairly terminated. I finally quit the process because I realized I had more loyalty to the company than they had for me. I was sickened by the entire ordeal.

Desire to become a team player. Believe in the company's value that safety is a priority. You must be willing to continue to attend their safety classes and utilize the skills you learn.

It was a good experience, but equipment kept breaking down. Then we (I was a team driver) were not getting enough miles.

I have learned about the trucking industry and how it is affected by the economy. I have also worked onsite with multiple customers, making sure their product(s) made it to their customers in a safe and timely manner. I have also headed up projects relating to driver safety and their scheduled time at home. I have taken on as many projects as I could, and learned them quickly so that I could mentor and teach others. I have spent seven years working with the brand new drivers that had just come out of training and helped them to succeed at their job....
