Experiences at Science Adventures

One of the toughest problems I have had to solve at the Science Adventures program is having to properly deal with a child who had severe behavioral problems.

The most challenging aspects of the job working with Science Adventures include dealing with unexpected and adverse weather conditions which could present a problem since most of our Summer camp sites are outdoors, having insufficient project supplies in a timely manner to accomodate participants at a club site, and club site cancellations due to lack of attendance....

One of the projects I have worked on at Science Adventures was teaching the concept of sound and sound waves.

The interview process involves screening applicants for their prior employment experience working with children, their desire to work with children, their interest in science, and group management experience.

My undergraduate degree in Clinical Science has enabled me to explain and enhance lessons to a greater degree.

My interest in science and my desire to have the opportunity to teach science to children.

The first time I tried applying for employment to Science Adventures I searched for a period of 3 months. Thereafter, however, I found re-employment as a result of being a prior employee.
