Communication was key, as I had to inquire to what it was specifically the customer was searching for if they had been unsure of a specific criteria. Also worked with advanced POS systems as well as managed entire floor full of inventory

In this job, I represented the company in the footwear department. My responsibilities included assisting customers, working with a POS machine - returns, purchases, and warrantees. I worked opening and closing shifts, which inclosed to clean open sales and keep everything organized.

My job at Sears was to enhance the customer experience and drive sales by: completing tasks that enhance store merchandise presentation, event signing, maintaining price integrity and inventory accuracy and providing outstanding customer service at all times.
