What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Sears Portrait Studio?

Getting the two or three year old to smile and make mom proud. If you don't get a good expression out of the child the mother is very angry. We are the professionals and it is our job to get a great expression from the child. If the mom is happy with the photos, it makes it that much easier to sell the collections and reach the district goal that is set for our store.... read more

How would you describe what you did at Sears Portrait Studio?

Right now I would describe my position as the hub, I am working schedules, managing labor, over seeing photography, over seeing training, implementing new photography techniques, and processing all involving paperwork to keep the studio running smoothly.

I greeted customers as they walked in, I took portraits of the customers, i composited portraits to make them more appealing, I cashed out the customers after they made their choices.
