Experiences at Sears Portrait Studio

Getting the two or three year old to smile and make mom proud. If you don't get a good expression out of the child the mother is very angry. We are the professionals and it is our job to get a great expression from the child. If the mom is happy with the photos, it makes it that much easier to sell the collections and reach the district goal that is set for our store....

Right now I would describe my position as the hub, I am working schedules, managing labor, over seeing photography, over seeing training, implementing new photography techniques, and processing all involving paperwork to keep the studio running smoothly.

Personality- the key is to have a successful mindset and the will power to achieve goals. The secret is to want to get ahead.

I took Photographs of familys, children, couples and more.

Oversaw 13 employees, responsible for increasing sales volume, display photography excellence within standards, Customer Service, and the ability to sell and work in a fast paced environment.

I greeted customers as they walked in, I took portraits of the customers, i composited portraits to make them more appealing, I cashed out the customers after they made their choices.
