How would you describe what you did at Seattle Times?

I provided support to the New Media sales department and recruitment solutions division. I was responsible for recruitment advertising invoicing and general contract maintenance. I was also accountable for the implementation of banner campaigns and online classifieds. I set up new client accounts as well as existing contract renewals. I was responsible in the daily resolution of troubleshooting solutions for employer and job seeker inquiries. I also tracked monthly revenue reporting. I also contributed extensively in team communication efforts involving clients, peers, and supervisors to create more efficient work flows for overall client advertising service needs. I interacted daily with the sales team, engineers, technicians and new media staff to insure integrity and quality of online advertising as well as revenue-generating products / services.
