Product Management for Seavus Project Viewer, Callisto CTI. Project Management. Liason between Marketing/Sales and R&D.

My team is working for telecommunication company Tele2.
Tele2 is one of the biggest alternative telecommunication companies with over than 30 million customers in Europe. The company offers all possible telecommunication products.
We offer different software applications for intake and provisioning of Telco products (fixed line, ADSL, VOIP, mobiles etc). Sales tools, Call Centres, Administration Parts and backend processes are part of successful intake and provision of an order. We also deal invoices and charging issues for our customers.
Our team is involved in developing of new applications and solutions, and furthermore giving a 24 hours support of existing systems....

Working on different projects for several large European Telecocompanies, MVNO, Government projects, Mobile-phone end-users applications etc.

* Database installation, upgrades, and patches
* Database architecture and design
* Performance testing,analysis and benchmarking
* Instance tuning
* Capacity planning
* SQL query analysis, CBO, and optimizer hints
* Provide support for design queries and applications, make query changes and application enhancements, test changes, move to production
* Work extensively with application development team to plan and implement efficient updates to the database and application code as it relates to the database.
* Backup and recovery
* Integrating Oracle database with 3rd RDBMS (Oracle HS)
* Maintain security
* Data Migration
* Schema synchronization
* Troubleshooting
* Developing PL/SQL with all kinds of db objects
* Automating everyday administrative repetitive tasks
* Basic Linux shell scripting...

I was involved in all activity in my team and be resposible for Public Relationship

i develop web and windows application in .NET with C# language. Prepare all documentation for the current project (Requirement specification, user gude ...)

I test applications from user side and provide apropriate documentation for Testing and developing.

In charge of Linux/Unix infrastructure, as well as Linux/UNIX based projects. Administration, optimization and monitoring of servers and services running on Linux/UNIX platforms as well as related projects and customers. Maintaining a huge diverse set of applications such as: Apache, CVS, SVN, Twiki, Trac, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SugarCRM and others. As well as maintenance and administration of proprietary software such as Oracle RDBMS servers and MKS servers....
