Data Entry, Reception, mailroom, customer service, scheduling safety workshops, filing, faxing, phones, appointment setter, switchboard operator, client research, and copying, Verifying credit and criminal history on prospective residents, showing vacant apartments, taking maintenance repair orders from residents, distributing tenant memo's - Notices to Vacate -, Dispositions, and monthly flyers, contacting various venders for maintenance issues on the property (i.e. carpet cleaners, landscapers, pest control etc.) company banking (i.e. rents, deposits, and credit checks), reception, placing vacancy ads, typing, answering phones, filing, hosting tenant functions, invoicing, dispatching, and maintaining inventory of companies materials and supplies.... read more
