Through an employee that I had worked with at another facility.Prior to that,I had thought that Select was just another Transition Care Unit.It is very far from that.It's closer to a ICU Unit than anything that I can describe.They are extremely particular about who they hire.They only want the best,& that's what they have....

ACLS certified.Telemetry interpretation.How great it is to work with such Professionals on a team basis.Bad attitudes are not tolerated at Select.The management will deal with that rapidly.The level of care needed for those patients doesn't leave time to deal with unprofessional type people with disrespectfull,non-patient oriented individuals....
