Developed Visual Basic systems using Access and SQL Server 7.0 for the Census Bureau in Jeffersonville Indiana. System responsibilities include total life cycle, database and system analysis and design, development, deployment and training. Also played a major role in the instruction of Visual Basic, Access and SQL to Census Bureau staff members.
Responsible for a printed form quality assurance system used for the 2000 Census. The "Print Sample" system records visual and automated readings inspection results for transmittal to Census Headquarters. The system is installed in Jeffersonville where is supports 25 users. The system is also being used by Census field representatives on laptops as well as printing contractors around the country. This system was developed jointly with R.I.T. Research Corporation....
