How would you describe what you did at Serena Software?

* Served as business partner to Colorado Springs office
* Conducted well-received new hire corporate orientations, held monthly, with presentations from executives; enabling new employees access to execs, a positive first impression of the company, and insight into corporate culture.

non-focal evaluation environment, conducted performance management notification follow-up for all US employees; drove managers and employees to complete assessments, resulting in more employees receiving performance feedback and salary increases in a timely manner, minimizing employee relations escalations.
* Served as project manager to close down acquired company's 401(k) Plan; maintained updated contact database; sent out communications and quarterly statements; processed rollovers and distributions.
* Organized extremely well-received "Take Your Child to Work Day; incorporated core departments into event successfully.
