I would have to say the secret is to have the proven ability to overcome and achive. As a leading tire vender they are intrested in self driven peaple with the want to be the best.

In the time I have spent as the service manager,I have been able to help this branch achive goals greater than expectation. They were in a rapid decline after one of the companies largest accts. stopped using them as a vender. This has been a very hard task, but we as a team have overcome this tragic hit. This branch is now on its way well out of trouble and doing better every day....
