What's the interview process like at Sharp HealthCare?long, but I expected that since it's healthcare. I went through three interviews and an introduction course that took all day and finally three weeks of hands on training.

What advice would you give to a new employee at Sharp HealthCare?to be patient. First off, the department is all women and that is tough! We all work together for a common goal and that is patient care. We have become so close that it truly is a big family and that is sometimes hard. Just do the job to the best of one's ability.
