Experiences at Sherato Wayfarer Hotel

I worked for the hotel for 13 1/2 years.10 1/2 years were inthe Banquet Department. I was a server,bartender and lead housemen setting up the functions.I would occassionaly help out in the Banquet kitchen plating, or whatever was asked of me. I was a supervisor in Housekeeping for 2 years. My job was to make sure all bedrooms were completely cleaned and all open common areas were clean.
