In my strategic management class, we performed a case study on Google throughout the semester by identifying the external and internal facts and using these facts to create different matrices. We also had to do individual case studies at the end of the year using what we learned and I performed mine on Kellogg. The whole experience was very interesting because I learned so much about two massive companies I use in my everyday life. It was definitely a fun project....
