Experiences at Signature Companies

I manage the owner and CEO's day to day activities, such as his appointments, calendar, and phone calls. In addition I have the opportunity to sit in on all corporate meetings, usually just as a note-taker, but also I am encouraged to contribute my ideas and opinions to the group. I am currently working on the creation of our corporate website, handle the coordination of the design of all marketing materials, coordinate the design of internal forms, take care of minor-tech problems, plan social events for the employees, co-head our Employee of the Month committee. I also take care of the finances of a travel baseball league run by my boss as well as the administrative operations of a summer league baseball team that he and his wife co-own. I also am responsible for all the back-end coordination and organization of the winter and summer baseball camps run by my boss....
