What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Sinometrics?My toughest problem was the challenge of delivering a 60-day project in 30 days. It was baptism by fire, but very satisfying. We hit all our deliverables and then some. I have to say it was an awesome feat of teamwork and lots of OT.

How would you describe what you did at Sinometrics?Good question! I do a wide range of things at Sinometrics. My main responsibilities right now are recruiting, high level admin work and some Human Resources functions.

What advice would you give to a new employee at Sinometrics?You'll love it here! Just be patient and persistent when you want to change policies/business practices, sometimes it's fast and sometimes it's like steering a large boat.

How did you find your job at Sinometrics?I interviewed at another company and didn't get the job, but one of the lead managers referred me to the owner of Sinometrics and I got the job in about a week.

What are the lunches like at Sinometrics?Often times we are running hard during the day, everyone hits lunch at different times, though once or twice a week we pull it together. There are tons of amazing places to eat downtown, so whoever has the greatest craving decides and the rest of us go along.
