Experiences at SkyWest Airlines

One of the projects I worked on a SkyWest Airlines was developing an employee committee at LAX. I was an employee representative for LAX, and three other airports who met with corporate on a monthly basis to communicate the needs of those airports. LAX had a large number of employees and we decided to make a committee for solving the problems at LAX, by bringing together management on a monthly basis.
