I'm part of the Seattle (HQ) recruiting team. I find the talented consultants that we hire...I'm always looking for great people to join our team. Skill sets I look for: Project/Program Managers, Developers (.Net & SQL), SharePoint Architects, CRM Developers, BI Architects.

What's the secret to getting hired at Slalom Consulting?

Prior consulting experience from the Big 4/6 consulting firms is huge or at least some consulting experience in general. Have a professional yet fun personality. Client facing skills and always do what's right for the client.
