Application Engineering:
??? Service of the motor & tacking care of the spares of motor & generator.
??? Various testing related to Motors & Generators such as No load test, Full load test, H.V. Test etc.
??? Overhauling of Siemens Generators & Alternators situated at different sites.
??? Handling the client's complaint for spares.
SAP Activities:
??? To foresee the Material availability for Production & Plan and Schedule for spares orders.
??? Confirm the Production Orders and Spares orders.
??? Inventory Management.
??? Entries of Test Results of each motor.
Responsibilities (Accountable for)
Customer Complaints Handling
Accountable for receiving and responding to complaints from customer (Suzlon, ONGC etc.) analysis of failure, classifying customer application details, consultants to customer, educate customer about product.
Failure Analysis
Participate in investigation and improvement activities.
Supervision
Ensuring that the operator performs the required quality tests and the approved material has been sent for the final dispatch as per the plan.
Overhauling of the Alternators & Generators situated on the different Sites....
