What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Sodexho?

Climbing on tall ladders for one.Because i'm afraid of heights.Most challenging to me was to keep it spotless on the back of the machines. Because the walls had to be done daily .Most rewarding part of my job was everyone was very supportive and told me what a great job i'm doing.It's a very hard job and i'm proud to say when others quit i was still there. Its another challenge everyday i go in to work.I look forward to it.... read more

How would you describe what you did at Sodexho?

I gained alot of experience of what its like working in a Kitchen with a Chef and meeting all kinds of nice Co-workers. If I finished my job early I would go help others so they could go home. I liked working around the Kitchen learning new dishes. And on top of that it was fun cleaning the big machines working with bright Students of the University And made new friends along the way. I cleaned everything it was like cleaning at home but getting paid for it.... read more

Actually I went thru a Temp Agency and Sodexho liked my work so much. They wanted to hire me on the spot.But my secret is do the job right the first time and just be your self.

*Utilized strong communication skills interacting with patients, families, hospital staff, administration and vendors maintaining positive patient and customer relations and satisfaction.

I do any miscellaneous tasks that they ask of me dealing with computers such as spreadsheets, databases, word documents, as well as publications. I have worked on dining reports, marketing plans, brochures, and other documents accordingly.
